Testify
If necessary I can come in person to testify in court. Fees are described in my fee scheduled and are reasonable for both parties. You’ll be hard pressed to find some more qualified to describe what the medical record is actually showing.
Find missing data
The medical record that you receive from the healthcare system is NOT all of the data that is available! It’s just what the organization defined as being the “legal” components. I can help find the missing pieces by knowing what else is available and how to ask for it. As these systems become more complex it just takes a but of human oversight to exclude potentially useful information from the medical record that is given to attorneys. Don’t be the one without all the information.
Reconstruct visuals
It’s tough to tell what a provider was actually looking at based on the printed medical record. I can help reconstruct the way their view looked when they took the actions shown. We can generally tell when something may have been off the screen or describe what warnings and alerts looked like.
