In addition, I am a Microsoft Certified SharePoint developer and I love doing integrations between Epic and SharePoint. SharePoint has some really useful content mangement and approval workflows that can be utilized for things like change control and tip sheet distribution.

Recent Projects

4 ED Go Live

I was part of a team that was entirely remote and brought up 4 stand alone emergency departments in Texas. The EDs were recent acquisitions and needed to go live on the acquirer’s Epic instance.

Change Control

I helped a client define and build their change control process in SharePoint. Now requests are taken directly from the EHR and routed through SharePoint. They are sent to the correct person for approval, approved or denied, and then the notifications is sent back to the requester.

EEG Notewriter Tool

Created a tool used by neurologists to accurately document and get reimbursement for EEG reading services.
