As System Director of Technology, I own the infrastructure, cloud, and application layers underneath our Epic environment — leading a 16-person team of engineers, server admins, and DBAs.
That leadership is built on deep Epic technical fluency from earlier in my career as an Epic Integrated Architect — Chronicles, Interconnect, and Hyperspace programming, plus enterprise architecture design.

Retired our Citrix environment in favor of native Epic endpoint installs — improving the end-user experience while saving over $1M per year.
Cloud Disaster Recovery
Migrated our Epic DR environment to Azure, increasing resilience against outages and ransomware while cutting $160,000 in annual capital expenditures.
Isolated Recovery Environment
Implemented Epic Harbor, an isolated recovery environment, in AWS — adding a dedicated layer of ransomware protection beyond traditional backups.
